The World of Ella's
A Touch of Whimsy
A small element of charm, gently done. Playful, delicate pieces with a little personality — tiny houses, small buildings and objects with a story to tell.
Miniature ceramic cottage ornaments, and other small treasures
A Touch of Whimsy is where our miniature ceramic cottage ornaments live — tiled townhouses, a little stone church and thatched cottages, sized for a shelf, mantel or windowsill rather than a dolls' house display. The edit also holds the other small, playful pieces that don't quite fit elsewhere: woodland mushroom ornaments, a dotty hen, a mother-and-baby rabbit pair and a birdsong wall hanger. Each piece is chosen for personality rather than practicality — small objects meant to be noticed, rearranged and lived with, in keeping with a gently gathered, cottagecore-inspired home.
