Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send your confirmation email.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Products
Many of our pieces are made by hand, so small variations in colour, glaze and finish are natural and part of their character.
We do our best to photograph everything faithfully, though screens vary.
Cancellations & returns
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Please see our delivery and returns page for how to send something back.
